TIMELESS, CINEMATIC DOCUMENTATION WITH A NOSTALGIC TOUCH.

My career in photography started a bit later in life, but I have never felt so confident that this is what I am meant to be doing; creating moving imagery as a Memory Artist & Preservationist. I draw inspiration from many people and things such as: Briston Maroney, ice cream on the beach, windy days, chasing sunsets, Royel Otis, childhood memories, playing, my Mum's cooking/baking, gloomy date nights in, young love, curiosity, coming age movies, lazy Sundays, Billie Holiday, and too many books to name.
My Style is a fusion of cinematic storytelling and vintage nostalgia, creating images that feel like timeless memories brought to life. It's a balance between natural warmth, authentic connection, and timeless tones with a touch of grain that evoke a sense of intimacy and nostalgia. My style prioritizes emotion over perfection, blending documentary realism with an artistic vision, making each frame deeply personal yet universally relatable.
Whether you are a couple, or a family, I often have images in my mind I want to create based on what has made me feel a certain way in my life. I draw on many things for inspiration to show you how beautiful your love is, in a fun realistic way. I pride myself on making sure you feel comfortable during our session, as I know how vulnerable it is to have your photo taken. I love the chaos of love and life and my photography is for those who are not afraid to have messy hair, roll in the sand, & run around and make a mess of themselves to evoke imagery you can feel.

Why Choose Me?
I went to post secondary school right after high school, and like most, I was very unsure of what I truly wanted to do. I started by taking random courses and fell in love with the social sciences. I ended up graduating with a BA majoring in Sociology. Throughout my entire time during school and many years after, I constantly was asked "well, what are you going to do with that degree?". I never had a clue... But I was sure of one thing... I was 100% positive I loved people, and what made them unique.
We are a sum of all our experiences and this is reflected in our behaviour and in our being. I loved understanding what inspired others based on different social experiences. I think this stems from feeling misunderstood growing up. Never truly fitting in anywhere, but being able to adapt to everyone & everything. Combined this with being an empath, my wanting to feel connected but also wanting others to feel connected has always been so strong. I believe this natural ability of mine is one of my greatest strengths, not only in my personal life, but in my work. Every client I have had, I have genuinely bonded with them in one way or another. This is the beginning of connection, and when connection is formed, trust is built. And when trust is built, it creates a safe space for you to be authentically yourself. To be vulnerable in front of the lens.
This is not something I have learned to do, it is the foundation of who I am as a person. I know how it feels to be vulnerable, on the outskirts, the underdog and even unworthy at times, and just as I have learned to lift myself up, I take great joy in lifting others, and expressing this through my work by preserving moments in time.
